Parenting time guidelines from other counties and states

You are here: Home / Domestic Violence / Parenting Plan Guidelines

March 29, 2014

Here are links to attachment informed parenting time guidelines.

The Oregon Court system has developed excellent materials about parenting and setting parenting time schedules. General information is on this page. Parenting Plan options for various ages can be found here. A guideline for kids zero through four is in this PDF, Oregon Birth through Three Guide 09-2014 FINAL.

Minnesota, Indiana  Arizona, and Spokane County have well developed and sophisticated guidelines, although in some cases it can be helpful to combine their recommendations.

Minnesota Supreme Court

Indiana Rules of Court

Arizona Supreme Court

Spokane County (use rotate feature in PDF reader for better readability)

Washington State has no parenting guidelines. King and Whatcom Counties have somewhat dated guidelines. Spokane County has an excellent set of guidelines (above).
