Training on using the Meaning of the Child interview (MotC), a DMM-attachment assessment is available in June and July 2022. The 5-part series begins with an overview of the MotC on June 7, 2022. The next three sessions will demonstrate how to code, or assess, the interview results. Ben Grey (U.K.), co-developer of the MotC will go over the interview transcripts of two parents line-by-line, showing how the interview can be interpreted. In the final session, Ben Grey and U.K. therapist Charley Shults, who administered the MotC to his clients, will sort out what the interview results indicate for helping the family’s healing needs.
